Bewley's Tea & Coffee ship worldwide from our roastery in Dublin, Ireland. We aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 1 business day of ordering.

 

Shipping within the Republic of Ireland: 

  • We charge a standard shipping rate of €5.50 on all orders.
  • Free shipping available on orders over €50.

Shipping to Northern Ireland: 

  • We charge a standard shipping rate of €5.50 on all orders.

Shipping to the Scotland/England/Wales:

  • We charge a standard shipping rate of €22.00 on all orders (costs have increased shipping to the UK mainland due to Brexit)

Shipping to Europe:

  • Standard shipping rates start from €12.50 but are specific to each individual country.

Shipping to the rest of the world:

  • Standard shipping rates start from €18.00 but are specific to each individual country.

*Orders for all Sage Machines are dispatched from the manufacturer and take a minimum of 5 days to deliver.

Will I be charged customs fees?

Depending on the value of your order and your specific country, you may be charged customs or import fees once your parcel arrives into your country. These fees must be paid by the customer and won’t be covered by Bewley's. As these charges are set by your country and vary between orders, we’re unable to predict what the charges may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

Tracking Information 

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder.
